About me

I did not just study this. I lived it.

Hey, I'm Laura. Personal growth mentor, nervous system specialist and human design expert.

I spent decades of my life in survival mode, trying to hold everything together for everyone around me while quietly falling apart inside. Years of family trauma, burnout that took me to my knees. Grief and loss, the kind of seasons that change you permanently.

And I came back. I didn't do it by pushing harder or figuring it all out, but by finally learning to stop fighting my body and start listening to it.

My work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, human design and somatic healing. I help women understand why they operate the way they do, create safety in their own bodies and build lives that actually feel like theirs.

I'm straight talking, passionately potty mouthed and deeply human. That's my superpower.

A Human Design Reflector

Nature is my mirror.
Animals are my medicine.

I am a Human Design Reflector, the rarest type. We make up about 1% of the population. We do not have our own consistent energy. Instead we reflect the world around us like a mirror, picking up on the energy of everything and everyone.

Nature is where I get come back to myself. Where the noise stops and I can finally hear what is actually mine and animals have always done something to my nervous system that nothing else can.

From goats to alpacas to barn owls to the tiny money spiders that make most people run the other way. Every creature is a reminder that life does not have to be as complicated as we make it.

That groundedness is what I bring into my work. That feeling is what I want for every woman I sit with.
